This company installed hardwood floors on the main floor and at Kaden Kayce’s recommendation replaced all the outdated doors to update the look of the interior space.
My family room was remodel by removing the paneling and tile ceiling, adding insulation, drywall floors and ceiling, coordinating the work of the electrician to install pot lights, painting and installing crown moulding. Kaden designed and installed a fireplace surround and mantelpiece. Also, the carpeting was replaced with large tiles and in-floor heating. Large tiles are harder to install and the job was completed perfectly.
Wow - the family room went from cold, frumpy 70’s disaster to a contemporary, cozy and warm space.
Renovation by Kayce also completed exterior work including replacing all the windows, installing siding and painting the exterior, extending the deck and adding a glass railing system and a Duradec surface to the patio on the upper balcony and tile surface on the lower patio covering an unattractive concrete surface. Kaden helped me select the window manufacturer and redesign the look of my house by install larger window and siding glass doors. He selected the size of the windows perfectly. The additional light flooding my interior space is spectacular and the street appeal went up 150%.”
